Real Estate Project Executive
Kristin Chiles is a Real Estate Executive at Google, where she handles real estate strategy for
approximately 1M SF over 10 cities in the Americas. In her role, she oversees site selection,
lease transactions, design focus and construction.
Prior to working at Google, Kristin held the role of Senior Project Manager at CB Richard Ellis
where she managed a team of project managers representing owners and landlords in central
Texas. She got her start as a Designer and Project Manager at Susman Tisdale Gayle, in
Austin, Texas. She is the recipient of the 2003 IIDA Commercial Interiors Honorable Mention
and her work has been featured in Contract magazine. She brings over 19 years of experience
and holds a BA in Interior Design from Michigan State University.
p class=”bio”>Kristin currently sits on the Board of the Downtown Austin Alliance as well as on the Board of
the Shoal Creek Conservancy. Supporting community is also a priority as Kristin and she has
volunteered with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, SafePlace,
and Meal on Wheels and multiple projects through Google Serve.
