Chris Copenhaver is the Co-Lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s US Food & Beverage Advisory Group specializing in representing owners and occupiers of special purpose, food production and refrigerated distribution centers. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Copenhaver leverages the Food & Beverage Advisory Group membership to execute client requirements across the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Copenhaver has honed an expertise in advising corporation with single user special purpose building throughout the Southeast in major and all secondary markets. He’s experienced working in a vast number of industrial industries such as: food processing & refrigerated distribution; bulk distribution; electronics, plastics, precision metal stamping, pharmaceutical production; corporate regional administrative and headquarters operations.
