Greg Coutant

Director of Development

As director of development for StreetLights Residential, Greg Coutant sources development opportunities and manages the
acquisition, due diligence, and entitlement processes for both active and potential projects in the State of Texas.

Throughout Greg’s career, he has gained experience with residential and commercial land development projects in Texas. Greg’s expertise lies in site selection, entitlements, civil design, project bidding and construction administration. Prior to joining StreetLights, Greg worked at Jacobs Engineering as part of the company’s Land Development group. He also gained early career experience at Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers working as a project manager.

Greg is an active member of The Real Estate Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas.
