Mr. Hopkins oversees the operations of the residential development group at Sares Regis. Since joining Sares Regis in 2007, Mr. Hopkins has developed over 2,000,000 sf of commercial real estate and 1,500 residential units, including both for-sale and for-rent mixed-use developments. As a member of the Senior Management Committee at Sares Regis, Mr. Hopkins contributes to corporate strategy and directs the operations of the residential development team. Mr. Hopkins is a Full Member of ULI and has been a co-chair of the San Francisco Chapter of ULI’s UrbanPlan program since 2016. The ULI San Francisco UrbanPlan program is among the largest and most successful programs in the nation, with over 500 active volunteers participating in programs at 14 schools throughout the Bay Area. Mr. Hopkins also sits on the Advisory Board of the Sares Regis Education and Community Foundation and was a co-founding Board Member of the Mountain View Transportation Management Association. Mr. Hopkins is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of California and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Emory University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech, and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley.
