Erika Gjovik is a vice president of Senior Housing Asset Management at HCP, a leading REIT in the healthcare real estate sector. In her current role, she oversees an 80 property senior housing portfolio, partnering with operators including Sunrise, Oakmont, and MBK to ensure delivery of operating results and strategic capital investment. Her specialties are leveraging data analytics to drive better financial performance as well as creating deal structures that maximize value for both owner and operator.
Erika brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience to her current role. Prior to HCP, she has held positions with Irvine Company Apartment Asset Management, GE Capital Real Estate as a lender, DAUM as director of research and Hilton Hotels Corporation as a feasibility analyst. She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Hotel Administration from University Nevada Las Vegas. In her free time she enjoys raising her two daughters with her husband in Newport Coast, CA.
