Greg Faulkner, AIA, NCARB, is the President and a founding partner of Humphreys & Partners Architects, L.P., established in 1991 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, which now includes HPCivil, HPLandscape, HP Urban, and HPAD Interiors. Mr. Faulkner manages the Architectural operations of all HPA offices which now include over 250 employees. Multi-Housing News Magazine has featured Mr. Faulkner as one of the “Multi-Housing Newsmakers of the Industry.”

Mr. Faulkner’s reputation as an expert in high-density multifamily design (both student and conventional) keeps him busy working with national and international developers. He has represented his firm’s work at seminars and panels for the NAHB Convention, Urban Land Institute, NMHC Student Conferences, and Interface Student Housing Conference.

HPA’s recent projects have been featured in Builder, Urban Land, Professional Builder, Design/Build, Multifamily Executive and Multi-Housing News and Student Housing Business. They have won numerous local and national awards, including Pillars of the Industry, Best in American Living, Builder’s Choice, Gold Nugget, Aurora and Student Housing Innovator.
