With over 10 years of experience specializing in healthcare real estate, Fletcher Perry joined Kidder Mathews in 2017 as a Senior Vice President and Partner to lead the healthcare platform. Specializing in tenant/buyer representation, Fletcher represents many of Arizona’s largest healthcare providers. As the son of a physician, Fletcher is passionate about the successful continuation of the healthcare industry and assisting his clients in achieving their goals. Fletcher’s real estate expertise and thorough understanding of issues facing the healthcare industry provide him a unique perspective to address client needs. Clients regard Fletcher as an extension of their team and the most loyal of partners.

As one of the top healthcare advocates in his industry, he was recognized by Commercial Executive Magazine as The Future of Real Estate (2011), Ranking Arizona Top Healthcare Team (2015), nominated as NAIOP Emerging Broker of the Year (2013) and as NAIOP Healthcare Broker of the Year (2014, 2015). Fletcher is a Phoenix native and a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development with a Minor in Business.
