Christina Flynn

Managing Director of Multi-Family Credit Risk Management

Christina Flynn, based in San Francisco, leads the multifamily loan underwriting team for Fannie Mae’s Western Region. Christina is also involved in hedging and product enhancements for Fannie Mae’s structured adjustable rate mortgage product (SARM). Christina joined Fannie Mae in 2006, as a Credit Risk Manager covering a variety of lenders in Fannie Mae’s DUS program. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Chris worked for the New York City Housing Development Corporation, focusing on affordable housing preservation efforts with the NYC’s Mitchell-Lama housing stock. Chris’s earlier employment includes, finance and consulting experience with the City of New York and several leading telecom companies.
