As the Senior Director of National Property Marketing for Pinnacle, Garin Hamburger oversees property marketing initiatives across all managed communities for a top-ranking national multifamily management firm. Under his direction, a 14-person team creates innovative marketing strategies that drive resident occupancy and retention for the company’s 162,000 unit portfolio. Mr. Hamburger also leads the implementation of digital marketing, social media, and reputation management strategies for Pinnacle’s properties.
A 15-year veteran of multifamily marketing, Mr. Hamburger is a recognizable industry speaker and motivates through his talents in creative marketing, analytical analysis, and strategic planning. He is a graduate of William Jewell College and a member of the Minnesota Multi-Family Housing Association (MMHA) and the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA).
Mr. Hamburger currently resides in Minneapolis with his wife and two daughters, where he celebrates his love for family and Midwest food and sports.
