He is one of the national experts with 15 years of experience with real estate compliance as it relates to anti-kickback statutes such as Stark, Safe Harbor and Fraud & Abuse.
His 30 years of healthcare real estate experience nationally and globally, is unmatched. He has advised health systems and physician groups in the monetization of over $3 billion of medical office assets and negotiated over 1,000 lease transactions exceeding $2 billion in value. Within the last 10 years, Mr. Hogan has represented national and regional health systems and investors on over 3 million square feet of sale transactions, totaling over $3billion in aggregate value. During the last five years, Mr. Hogan has been the exclusive agent for over 1 million square feet of some of the most prestigious on-campus medical office towers in Southern California.
Mr. Hogan is a board member of the Pacific Symphony Orchestra (PSO) in Orange County, CA.
