Mark is responsible for new loan origination utilizing direct relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, bank, and life insurance companies. He provides financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners nationally and has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. Throughout his career, Mr. Grace has procured billions in debt for his clients but remains focused on his clients and delivering exceptional service and flawless execution.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Grace was a vice president at NorthMarq Capital. Prior to his production roles, Mark served for eight years underwriting debt and served as the analyst council chairperson in 2009. In his first year as an originator, he was awarded the rookie of the year designation for his notable production.
Mr. Grace earned a dual degree in finance and management information systems from Boston University School of Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson.
Beyond the Company, Mr. Grace is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, and outdoorsman, spending as much time as possible with his family, clients, and friends in the mountains. He is a father of four and is an active supporter of the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
