William E. Hughes is a Senior Vice President of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), which is ranked as one of the largest financial intermediaries in the United States. In 2015, the firm successfully sourced and closed $4.9 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity structures. Mr. Hughes is responsible for MMCC daily operations on a national basis.
Mr. Hughes has a diversified background in real estate finance, financial consulting and modeling, project feasibility, leasing, construction management and real estate development. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 1996. Previously, as a senior executive with several financial and real estate investment firms, Mr. Hughes directly participated in the development, finance and sale or leasing of more than $2 billion worth of commercial real estate assets. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
Mr. Hughes is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, California Mortgage Bankers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. He holds a California real estate broker’s license.
