Jack deVilliers heads up the Northeast division of Regency and oversees all leasing, operations and asset management of the properties in NY and CT. Jack is also responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and managing all phases of development and redevelopment projects in the Northeast.
Jack joined Regency in 2011. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate within the Mid-Atlantic market and recognized as Regency’s Leasing Agent of the Year for the East region in 2012. He moved in 2016 from Washington DC to Westport CT to open Regency’s northeast office.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Art and Science at the University of Virginia and received a postgraduate degree at the McIntire Business Institute from the University of Virginia. He won the NCAA National Lacrosse Championship in 2003 for the University of Virginia and was given All America honors.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf, squash and coaching lacrosse.
