Clients have found that Jake brings an ability to merge every development skill including strategy, marketing, acquisitions, document negotiations, land entitlement, overall project management, and leasing. His unbroken record of client satisfaction is a testimonial to his success.

His 18-year career has been focused solely on medical real estate development where Jake has been responsible for the development, leasing, project management, and acquisition of more than 2.75 million square feet of medical office properties in over 15 states.

Prior to joining the PMB team, Jake spent portions of his career in various roles, most recently the Managing Director of Development at NexCore Group. Prior to that Jake was the National Director of Leasing, managing all in-house leasing personal, special project construction managers, and landlord representative brokers across the United States.

Jake received his Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Platteville. He has received certifications in Project Management from the University of California San Diego, Real Estate Finance, Investment and Development from the University of San Diego and Organizational Leadership from Cornell University.
