Jeff Olshan

Senior Vice President, Multifamily Investments

Jeff Olshan has been in the real estate business for more than 35 years and has been with Passco for the last 12 years. Mr. Olshan has extensive experience in acquisitions, sales and development, as well as property and asset management.

As Senior Vice President, Multifamily Investments for Passco Companies, Mr. Olshan is responsible for spearheading the investment management of the firm’s multifamily portfolio, which is currently comprised of 43 properties and approximately 13,000 units with a market value in excess of $1.8 billion. In addition, he is responsible for all dispositions in the multifamily portfolio.

Prior to his tenure with Passco, Mr. Olshan served as Asset Manager for Robb Evans & Associates, LLC, Receivers, where he managed assets valued at more than $500 million for the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.

Mr. Olshan holds a California Real Estate License, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California, and a Masters degree from Northwestern University.

Mr. Olshan is a member of National Multifamily Housing Association (NMHC) and the National Apartment Association (NAA).
