Jeff Stringer

Principal

For more than 24 years, Jeff has created and executed master plans for all facets of commercial real estate development. His expertise includes capital markets, acquisitions, development, construction, asset management and disposition across a wide range of projects. Jeff has led in the development of more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial property. Prior to joining Davis, he held leadership positions at Conor Commercial Real Estate, Weatherford International (Gulf Coast Real Estate Leader) and Stonebridge Real Estate Development & Investments.

At Conor, Jeff acquired more than 70 acres of institutional quality land and led the development, including working with investors, negotiating partner documents, acquiring debt and hiring contractors, consultants and brokerage teams. At Weatherford he acquired and developed 600 acres of commercial land in Texas and Louisiana. Jeff was a sponsoring associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and has participated in the Urban Land Institute. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
