Executive Vice President/Regional Managing Director

Jeff was promoted to executive vice president/regional managing director in 2017 after serving five years as managing director of the Dallas office. As EVP, he is responsible for oversight of NorthMarq’s regional offices and leads the company as a member of the Executive Committee and Producer’s Council, and as co-chair of the Equity Advisors Group. He continues to manage the Dallas office, while executing on debt and equity transactions for the firm’s clients.

Jeff represents NorthMarq on the Fannie Mae Originator Committee and is a previous member of Freddie Mac’s Seller Servicer Advisory Board. He is past chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Originations Council and an active member within National Multifamily Housing Council and the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at Southern Methodist University, of which he is a graduate.

Based in Dallas, Jeff joined NorthMarq in 2002.
