Jeff Land serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Dignity Health. Mr. Land is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of real estate strategy and transactions, joint ventures, energy and infrastructure, master planning, advisory services, and major capital construction for Dignity Health’s diverse healthcare portfolio.
Over the past 35 years, Mr. Land has led real estate, facility operations, portfolio oversite, and advisory practices for major firms such as EY Kenneth Leventhal, Bechtel Investments, and Dignity Health throughout the United States, Mexico, and, most recently, China. Mr. Land has been responsible for the successful operation of real estate portfolios including Bramalea Pacific, Transamerica, First Winthrop Corporation and Southern Pacific Development Company.
Mr. Land has served as a Board of Governor for the Academy for Healthcare Infrastructure, President of the Building Owners and Managers Association/Oakland, and on the School of Business Advisory Council, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California. He is a Life Trustee, Board of Trustees for the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Institute.
Mr. Land holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and holds designations from both the Institute of Real Estate Management and The Building Owners and Managers Institute.
