John Atcheson

Vice President, Principal

John Atcheson serves as the Vice President and Principal for ARCO Design/Build, Inc. a Houston based National Design/Build Construction firm. John is responsible for company operations, sourcing, and executing new opportunities within Texas and several other key markets throughout the US. John has 15+ years of construction and real estate development experience in multiple market segments, including industrial, cold storage, commercial, retail, and government facilities. During his career John has been involved in the design, development, and construction of $500+ million in real estate transactions.

Mr. Atcheson joined ARCO Design/Build in 2012 in the Atlanta, GA office where he was responsible for project management and implementation from concept to completion. In 2015 he left the Atlanta office to open the Houston office. John graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with distinction in business and law. John is a board member of the Association of Real Estate Professionals (ACRP), an active committee member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), and a supporting sponsor associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
