John Readey

Senior Director

John Readey oversees development in southern California for UDR, Inc., an S&P 500 publicly traded REIT with a $16 Billion enterprise value, and is responsible for all acquisition, design, entitlement, and construction oversight activities for the region.

John has worked in real estate development for over fifteen years in construction management and development capacities, and joined UDR in 2017. He holds MBA and MRED degrees from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
