Senior Vice President

John Talhelm is a Senior Vice President within JLL Houston’s Industrial Services group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on industrial site disposition, acquisition and development. He has assisted national and international companies in the design and implementation of distribution and manufacturing networks involving waterfront development supply chain analysis, site location, new facility development and disposition of inefficient assets.

Mr. Talhelm has negotiated a wide range of sales, acquisitions and leases. His transaction experience includes mixed-use ship terminal operations, steel mills, business parks, commercial land sites and logistics facilities. Current activities include site acquisitions for manufacturing, petrochemical and shipping-oriented firms.
