Jordan Calaguire

Principal

Jordan Calaguire is a Principal at Walton Street Capital and is based out of the firm’s Chicago headquarters. He has held various positions at the firm since 2006 and currently leads Walton Street’s acquisition efforts in Boston, the Southeast US, and Texas. Jordan is also responsible for acquisition opportunities in the apartment and industrial sectors nationally. He has completed over $4 billion of transactions in a variety of real estate asset classes and structures including hotel, land, industrial, office, and apartments. Mr. Calaguire received his B.S. from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and his M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
