Julie A. Johnson, CCIM, has been a leader in healthcare real estate for over 25 years in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. She is a graduate of Arizona State University Engineering School and was the recipient of both a Regents Scholarship and a Phelps Dodge
Corporate Scholarship. In 1992, she achieved the prestigious CCIM (Certied Commercial Investment Member) designation – often referred to as the Ph.D. of Commercial Real Estate.
Julie transitioned from engineering to advertising to the healthcare industry and has been integrally involved with healthcare’s growth and evolution. Her in-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery, hospitals, providers, medical properties, managed care,
construction and many deep relationships within the industry make her an expert that many rely upon for healthcare real estate decisions for investments, owner/users, leasing representation and site selection for both medical and senior housing properties. The combination of Julie’s dedicated commitment to her clients along with her strong analytical skills in nancial proformas result in her being one of the most qualied specialists in healthcare in the Phoenix market and a valuable member of any healthcare real estate team.
Julie is also an active member in the community both in real estate and philanthropy, involved with NAIOP, LAI (Lambda Alpha International), Urban Land Institute, CoreNet Global, AZ CREW, Phoenix Community Alliance, Arizona BioIndustry Association, Central Arizona CCIM Chapter, Central Arizona Society for Healthcare Engineering, Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America, Valley Partnership and is on the Board of LAI Phoenix, Friends of National Public Radio Arizona and Social Venture Partners Arizona.
Julie recently was chosen as a Co-Leader for the Avison Young Healthcare Anity Group and as one of AZRE’s 2017 Most Inuential Women in Commercial Real Estate.
