Kevin Kaberna

Senior Managing Director

As the Senior Managing Director of Investments, Kevin is responsible for leading Greystar’s Investment Management business in the United States. He oversees a team of investment professionals which focus on the acquisition and execution of rental apartments nationwide through a series of investment vehicles with institutional clients. Kevin is responsible for capital relationships, investment strategy, acquisitions, execution and dispositions. He has led the acquisition and execution of over $4 billion assets for Greystar.

Kevin received his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from the University of South Dakota with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accountancy. Prior to joining Greystar in 2006, Kaberna was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Advisory Group and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. Kevin is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Silver Council.
