Kecia Boulware

As Vice President for Michaels Development Company, Kecia Boulware brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily development. She has direct leadership and responsibility for all aspects of development. Her primary responsibility has been the redevelopment of the Jordan Downs public housing community in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA.

Prior to joining MDC, Ms. Boulware served as Senior Project Manager at AMCAL Multi-housing Inc. where she led geographic expansion and strategic initiatives through the implementation of a formal development cycle. Additionally, she managed the development of 472 new apartment homes for families and seniors in Los Angeles and San Diego county.

Ms. Boulware received her Master of Real Estate Development from USC, her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern, and her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University
