Kelly joined RPM with over twenty years of multifamily experience. Previously Kelly served as the Senior Regional Manager for a national developer with oversight for over 40 properties in 3 states. She has extensive experience in lease up, market rate, and affordable housing. Kelly is the past President of the San Antonio Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and has received her CPM® designation.
