Kevin Deegan

Kevin Deegan is a Director of Hunt Mortgage Group’s rapidly growing affordable housing/FHA group. He is focused primarily on originating and closing Affordable and FHA multifamily loans nationwide, but also serves clients using Hunt Mortgage Group’s balance sheet products and agency executions.

Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group, Kevin Deegan was Director, Real Estate Advisory Services (REAS) at National Valuation Consultants. Prior to that he held positions with Harmony Housing/Greystone & Co. and Centerline Capital Group (FKA Related Capital Group). Deegan is a graduate of Virginia Tech University.
