Kevin’s role as the West Region Head for CTL’s Commercial Mortgage Lending Group includes leading the business development and marketing efforts in California, Washington, and Oregon. Kevin leads a team of Client Managers responsible for providing fixed and adjustable mortgages to Real Estate Investors who own primary industrial, retail, office, and mixed use properties.

Kevin began his real estate career in 2001 and has held several business management, credit and finance roles that focused on the analytical and underwriting support for the origination of real estate debt investments, including whole loans, loan participations and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Kevin was a vice president at a real estate private equity firm, where he led the sourcing and underwriting of real estate investment platforms.
