Kevin Westra

Regional Director – Central Region

Kevin Westra is the Regional Director of the Central Region for Northwestern Mutual Real Estate. He has been involved in real estate finance for over 20 years. He is currently responsible for originating over $1.25 billion of real estate investments (mortgage loans and JV equity developments) in the Central United States on an annual basis. His team is also responsible for servicing and appraising the existing real estate portfolio each year. Kevin achieved his BBA and MBA in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Iowa. His commercial real estate office is located in Plano, Texas.
