Jon began his career in real estate in 2005, purchasing and renovating several multifamily properties while attending Texas Tech University. Since then he has been involved in the brokerage, management, development, and construction of multifamily, single family, and retail assets across Texas. Prior to working for SVN ®, Jon was a top producer at the Henry S. Miller Company and a Director at Large for the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas’ Echo Committee.
At SVN ® Jon specializes in asset valuation, coordination of the marketing process, property tours, and contract negotiations for sellers of multifamily properties. With ten years of real estate experience and an abundance of industry contacts, Jon analyzes each assignment carefully and finds creative ways to add value to his clients.
Jon serves as the community service coordinator for the Dallas chapter of the Texas Tech Alumni Association. His education includes a B.B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Texas Tech University.
