Riggs Kubiak is the CEO & Co-Founder of Honest Buildings, the intuitive project management and procurement solution built for commercial real estate owners and managers. Prior to co-founding Honest Buildings in 2012, Riggs worked for a decade in the commercial real estate industry, including five years at Tishman Speyer, where he worked on close to $30B worth of transactions from an acquisitions perspective. He was also part of the team that started the company’s global sustainability initiative looking for ways to create efficiencies from an energy and environmental perspective, responsible for getting over 20 million SF of buildings EnergyStar or LEED cert
