Bill Lanting is Vice President of Loan Originations for RealtyShares, in San Francisco, California, where he concurrently leads lending platforms in GSE SBL financing, NNN-leased investment financing, and commercial real estate bridge lending.
Prior to entering commercial lending, Mr. Lanting logged over 30 years of experience in the real estate syndication and hospitality industries, where he has helped raise large, multi-million dollar investment funds from institutional investors. His previous employments include Lehman Brothers, Radisson Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Thorofare Capital and Partners Capital. Bill has a BA in business administration from the University of Southern California.
