As Principal of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), Mr. Maples is responsible for sourcing and executing new development and acquisition projects for the Austin Business Unit.

Mr. Maples previously served as Senior Vice President for TCC where he has contributed to the development of more than 4 million square feet of development, valued more than $800 million. With over 12 years of experience in the development of commerical real estat projects in Austin and Central Texas, Mr. Maples has managed all aspects of new office, industrial, multi-family, retail, medical and mixed-use development projects.
