Mark Fisher is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets in the New York office. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Mr. Fisher has arranged billions of dollars of debt and equity financing for all real estate property types covering every aspect of the capital sector. A former professor of Real Estate Finance at NYU, Mr. Fisher has devised numerous strategies using both conventional and unconventional financing with highly effective results.
As an exclusive advisor, Mr. Fisher works closely with his clients, and is typically involved in all phases of the development process. Specializing in mezzanine debt, bridge loans, construction loans and institutional equity, he has close relationships with banks, opportunity funds, life insurance companies, high-yield investors and other capital sources. Mr. Fisher is also an expert in executing multifamily loans through Fannie, Freddie and HUD, for which CBRE is a direct lender.
Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Fisher was a Senior Director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, leaving in December 2003 as one of the firm’s top producers. Prior to joining Holliday, Mr. Fisher owned and operated American Realty Inc., an asset management and mortgage banking company that completed workouts and foreclosures for several insurance companies.
