Mark Laderman

Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Mr. Laderman is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Artisan Realty Advisors. Mr. Laderman oversees all aspects of the company’s investment activities and portfolio operations, in addition to setting strategic direction for the firm. Prior to co-founding Artisan Realty Advisors, Mr. Laderman was the Regional Managing Director for Tishman Speyer in Southern California responsible for all aspects of the company’s business including acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, asset management, leasing and property management. During his 14-year tenure with Tishman Speyer, Mr. Laderman led the acquisition and development of over 7.5 million square feet of office properties totaling over $3.0 billion in transaction value. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Mr. Laderman spent four years serving as Director of Acquisitions covering the West Coast for Thomas Properties Group, a real estate investment and development company that was subsequently merged with Parkway Properties (NYSE: PKY). Mr. Laderman also worked as a commercial real estate broker with SACA Commercial and Coldwell Banker Commercial. Mr. Laderman graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and from the University of California at Irvine with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Laderman is also a member of LACRA, NAIOP and ULI, in addition to co-founding The Wilshire Club.
