Mark Lamb

Chief Investment Officer

Mark Lamb is the Chief Investment Officer at CareTrust REIT and has been with the company since 2014. In the four years since going public, Mr. Lamb has been involved with the investment of just under $1B in skilled nursing and seniors housing acquisitions and development projects.

Prior to joining CareTrust, Mr. Lamb served in various operating capacities at Plum Healthcare and North American Healthcare. He also served as the Director of Investments at Nationwide Health Properties, Inc., a healthcare REIT, where he led all underwriting of skilled nursing and seniors housing properties. Mr. Lamb also served as a Portfolio Manager at J&B Asset Management and as an Investment Associate at The Bascom Group, a private equity real estate investment firm.

Mr. Lamb holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, and a BA from Pepperdine University.
