Mark is a Partner with PIB Law and focuses his practice on representing developers and lenders in commercial real estate financings (mortgage, construction and mezzanine), acquisitions and sales, corporate structuring, dispute resolution, leasing (office, retail and warehouse), loan restructurings and workouts, and loan portfolio sales and purchases. Mark is particularly experienced in the representation of institutional and non-conventional lenders in real estate transactional matters. In addition, Mark represents financial institutions in connection with financial services-related regulatory and transactional matters.
Prior to joining PIB Law, Mark was a managing attorney and senior commercial real estate counsel at Lynch & Associates, where he represented lenders and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate financings and mortgage loan transactions. He managed the administrative affairs of the firm’s Manhattan office and supervised all attorneys in the commercial mortgage practice group.
Previously, Mark was associated with K&L Gates, where his practice focused on various commercial real estate matters, including New Jersey land use matters.
