Matthew A. Seigel is Executive Vice President of Thor Retail Advisors. Mr. Seigel has focused his professional career exclusively on retail services, representing many national and international retailers, as well as both institutional and individual landlords. He has completed transactions in some of the highest profile locations in New York and across the country.

Mr. Seigel is a leader in developing and executing “brick-and-mortar” real estate strategies to the best known e-commerce brands including Warby Parker, Trunk Club, Birchbox, BaubleBar and many others. Similarly, he has unparalleled experience working with international and domestic companies looking for retail opportunities in new markets.

In addition to providing expertise to the most cutting edge e-commerce brands, Mr. Seigel has completed numerous transactions representing some of the world’s most renowned retailers including Dolce & Gabbana, Brioni, Theory, Helmut Lang, Balenciaga, and many others. Mr. Seigel’s approach to landlord representation is unequaled, whether representing a property owner with one asset or a multi-national real estate investor. He leverages his unique experience representing tenants to deliver optimal results for the firm’s landlord representatives.

Prior to joining Thor Retail Advisors, Mr. Seigel was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield Retail Services, where he represented Nike, Ann Taylor and TD Bank. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Real Estate Board of New York.
