Principal and Senior Vice President Matthew Hammond oversees Coreland Companies’ retail brokerage division. For more than 20 years, Hammond has been recognized as one the region’s top retail brokers, completing over 1,000 transactions in excess of 2.5 million square feet. He has been honored with CoStar Group’s “Power Broker” Award as a Top Retail Leasing Broker in Orange County 10 of the last 11 years, and he and his team were recognized among Real Estate Forum’s Top 25 National Leasing Teams in 2017.
