Alexis Michael is currently a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Bank of the Ozarks. She has over 16 years in banking with experience in both lending and operations management, the past 10 years have been solely focused on commercial lending. Alexis is knowledgeable in both SBA and conventional financing options. She has experience handling transactions including start-ups, acquisitions, expansions, construction and development, warehouse lines, owner-occupied and investment real estate purchase and refinance, as well as equipment financing
Alexis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Park University, and an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Northwest Florida College. Over the years Alexis has served in various leadership positions and on several non-profit Board of Director’s. Her current involvement includes serving as President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Austin and on the Finance Committee of the St. Louise House in Austin. She lives in Cedar Park, Texas with her husband and children. In her spare time you will find Alexis heading to her hometown of Destin, Florida to put her toes in the sand, or jumping on the boat for some offshore fishing.
