Mike provides legal advice in connection with loan origination, capital market execution and asset management for Hunt Real Estate Capital’s Proprietary Lending Group, a multifamily and commercial platform that provides bridge loans for transitional properties, fixed rate loans for stabilized assets, and mezzanine loans for multifamily properties. He brings 16 years of industry experience, having worked with and represented an array of bridge, construction, CMBS, agency and balance sheet commercial real estate lenders as well as investors and developers. His previous positions include several years as a partner at law firm Cassin & Cassin LLP, COO of a CRE fintech lender and general counsel to a New York based real estate developer. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the MBAofNY Scholarship Foundation. He earned his Bachelor degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD cum laude from New York Law School.
