Michelle Schierberl

Senior Vice President

Michelle Schierberl serves as a Senior Vice President within Stream’s Greater Los Angeles office. She along with Donald Ellis, lead the retail investment division where they specialize in the sale of retail shopping centers predominately within the Southern California market. Michelle has worked through various cycles of the real estate industry which has provided her insight on how to navigate and advise her clients. Michelle and Donald have worked alongside one another since 2010 and their clientele ranges from private clients to institutional owners, many of whom are repeat clients.

Prior to joining Stream, Michelle was at Colliers International, JLL and Grubb & Ellis Company. She most recently served as a Senior Vice President within Colliers International Retail Investments Services group. She is a seasoned professional and comes to Stream with over 25 years of retail and land development projects and approximately to three billion in transactions.
