As Assistant Vice President of Business Growth and Innovation for AltaMed Health Services Corporation, Milan de la Rocha ensures the responsible expansion of the organization’s real estate investments, oversees mergers and acquisitions of private practices and medical groups, and finally, executes community development initiatives and programming. Mr. de la Rocha joined AltaMed in 2015 as Real Estate Development Manager, and has since supported AltaMed’s growth and sustainability. As of 2019, Mr. de la Rocha also oversees a brand new Community Development department at AltaMed, designed to ensure the cultivation of community partnerships and consistent brand awareness among AltaMed’s service areas.

AltaMed’s standard of care and consistently strong financial performance have made it an example of what a community-focused health center can be. AltaMed is accredited by the Joint Commission as a Patient Centered Medical Home, and the facility was recognized as #1 among the Hispanic Business Journal’s “Top 25 Nonprofits” for seven consecutive years.

Prior to joining AltaMed, Mr. de la Rocha served as Director of Business Development for Apex Realty, Inc., a private commercial real estate developer, and Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for The Conga Room at LA Live.
