With 18 years of broad-based real estate experience, Drew specializes in creating & implementing real estate solutions for commercial space users across many different industries & property types. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 500 transactions totaling over 10 million SF.

Representing top-tier firms in diverse sectors including energy, law, engineering, financial services, and technology data centers, Drew specializes in the strategic management of real estate portfolios with a particular focus on leases, purchases, dispositions, sales, build-to-suits, and headquarters assignments. This proficiency, along with his comprehensive command of the markets, has enabled him to align real estate to his clients’ business objectives and financial strategies, resulting in cost savings and increased efficiency.

In 2014, Drew was recognized as a commercial real estate “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal. Drew has served on the Houston Office Leasing Broker’s Association Board since 2013 and is the acting President.
