Natalie Sproull works on Capital One Healthcare’s Medical Office/Medical Properties Loan Originations team. She joined GE Healthcare Financial Services, now Capital One Healthcare, in 2012 and has experience in originating, structuring, underwriting, and managing loans. She has underwritten $1BN of healthcare real estate transactions, managed a $400MM portfolio, and originated over $600MM in loan commitments drawing from Capital One’s healthcare expertise, certainty of execution, and ability to customize debt solutions to align with borrower’s business plans. She graduated from the University of Iowa and lives in Chicago, IL.
