Neil Carolan comes to Rendina with more than 30 years of executive-level experience in healthcare administration, in which his focus was on real estate, physician development, ambulatory and acute care, joint physician ventures, and healthcare office development. Neil previously worked for such companies as Franciscan Management Services, CHRISTUS Health, and most recently Carondelet Health Network, where he managed more than 5 million square feet of healthcare real estate.
Neil is the current Co-Chair of Building Owners and Managers Association’s (BOMA) Medical Office, as well as the Co-Chair of the Healthcare Facilities Conference and Committee. Neil is also the author of recent report on healthcare real estate, published by BOMA International: “Developing, Leasing and Managing Healthcare Facilities in an Evolving Healthcare Environment.”
Neil has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University and he has completed all of the necessary MHA/MBA coursework at the University of Michigan.
