Bio to Come

James Neil is a Director with Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies. Mr. Neil leads the Company’s Healthcare origination team which specializes in financing solutions for senior living operators and owners. Hunt Mortgage Group offers a combination of financing solutions, including the HUD/FHA LEAN program as well as Hunt’s own proprietary Bridge and other Specialty Loan Products. Mr. Neil has 30 years of banking experience focusing on a variety of sectors including: health care, manufacturing, retail, technology, consumer brands, real estate and distribution.

Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group, Mr. Neil served for nine years as Senior Originator for Greystone Funding Corporation and as a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Lancaster Pollard’s South Central U.S. office. Additionally, Mr. Neil spent seven years with US Bank as head of commercial lending for Central Ohio. Prior to that, he was with PNC for eight years concluding as Manager of large corporate banking for the Southeast U.S.

Mr. Neil earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University. He is
a graduate of Darden’s Executive Program at the University of Virginia. Mr. Neil has
served in a number of capacities for several philanthropic organizations including: Junior
Achievement, The Children’s Hunger Alliance, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Habitat for
Humanity.
