Nicholas Dunlap

Senior Vice President, Property Management

Nicholas Dunlap is the Senior Vice President of Property Management for Avanath Capital Management. In this capacity, Mr. Dunlap oversees the firm’s day to day property management operations, capital projects and due diligence. Prior to joining Avanath, Mr. Dunlap was the Vice President of Dunlap Property Group, a full-service real estate investment firm specializing in the syndication and management of multifamily and commercial complexes in the Southern California area. Mr. Dunlap is the current President of the Apartment Association of Orange County (California).

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Mr. Dunlap has also served on the Board of Directors of the Fair Housing Council of Orange County and the Orange County Commission of Housing and Community Development. He is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed real estate broker in California and Texas.
