Osama Ahmed

Vice President

Osama is a Vice President at Brookfield Property Group. In his current role, Osama oversees acquisition and disposition activities for West Central US (Texas, Colorado, Arizona) on behalf of Brookfield’s various private and listed real estate funds. Prior to joining Brookfield, Osama was as Director on the Investments team at Lionstone where he served as the Acquisition Officer for the Austin, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Diego markets. He led acquisition efforts across product types (office, mf, mixed-use, retail) and risk curve (core, value-add, and opportunistic).

Osama graduated from McCombs School of Business from the MPA program and holds a CPA license. Upon graduation, Osama joined Wells Fargo Securities (formerly Wachovia Securities) as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Energy & Power Group where he assisted on a number of capital market and mergers & acquisitions advisory assignments.
