Rebecca Perlmutter Finkel joined the team of Darla Longo and Barbara Emmons in 2007 and specializes in the disposition of industrial properties throughout the Western United States on behalf of institutional and private clients. In the past seven years, Rebecca has been involved in $11.2 billion worth of real estate transactions totaling over 122 MSF.

Prior to joining CBRE, Rebecca was the Senior Acquisitions Associate at KB Home’s Urban division. Rebecca was also an investment Banker at Wells Fargo Securities for four years focusing on equity and debt offerings as well as M&A. Rebecca graduated from UC San Diego with a major in Economics and has her MBA from UCLA with an emphasis on real estate. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), one of the most well respected investment designations in the world.
